Dr Tims Aquatics 60ml Ammonia Chloride - Aquarium Fishless Cycle Reviews

4.8 Rating 28 Reviews
Clear ammonia is impossible to come by in Australia as I believe it's a controlled substance: so glad I found this instead. Before this I used to try & do a fish less cycle with the old 'raw prawns chucked in the bottom of the tank'. Ammonia levels were impossible to regulate, decaying matter in the tank was very unsightly & I managed to get CRAZY diarrhoea when I copped a mouthful of the water suck-starting a gravel siphon while the prawns were rotting away in there. This product allows for much better control over the cycle, & you don't have stuff in there stinking up the house. 10/10 will recommend to anyone.

Thank you for stocking this. Not a common product found in Australia. Get this instead of taking the risk with some of the Ammonia cleaning products in our local supermarkets which may or may not be aquarium safe. This product helped put the mind at ease when cycling a fishless tank.
