“Reliable. I have not used the product yet but TechDen do what they say they will do. I have numerous products from them and they post quickly and items arrive without problems. I always check before I order and the dels are always good. (As a note my shrimp like the wafers much more than the mentos.)”

“The product was great, the fact that I paid full price, not knowing I was going to receive split bags, was not so great. As I was using this product to 'pot up' water plants, working out of a split bag was inconvenient and meant some of this expensive product was wasted. I would appreciate being asked before being sent a damaged bag again, especially if paying full price. I will buy again, but would appreciate the courtesy of communication.”

“I have a planted 53l tank that's 60cm x 30cm. I'm it are some cardinal tetras and a Siamese fighter. The Eco Complete is great for the plants and the tetras look amazing with the black substrate. I think that Eco Complete is a great looking substrate and the plants love it. I ended up needing two bags to get 3inches of substrate.”
