Reliable. I have not used the product yet but TechDen do what they say they will do. I have numerous products from them and they post quickly and items arrive without problems. I always check before I order and the dels are always good. (As a note my shrimp like the wafers much more than the mentos.)

This is amazing stuff. It saves so much water (especially when you are on tank water), time and hassle. Just love it

Decided to go for the Red Eco Complete as I already had a few tanks with black substrate and this was a good choice! It looks great and has already received compliments from other hobbyists. Setup a brand new 2ft and the water cycled very quickly (1week) with no ammonia spikes. The 9kg bag covered the base but could benefit from another 4kgs to make it deeper for planting.
