“Had a problem with this 2215 and Tech Den provided great & prompt service in resolving the issue which meant them liaising with Eheim who sent me the replacement part direct. Have used many a Eheim Classic canister in the past so good to see such great service when there is an issue.”

“Easy setup just follow the internet guide making sure it's the 2215 and not the 2217 model which uses different size hoses. Works straight out of the box however will need to prime it manually which is easy. Took about 3 days to clear a cloudy tank becoming crystal clear. For those who are paranoid, you can put in clamps where the hoses are connected just in case it loosens over time, for peace of mine. Overall great product.”
