“Love my Eheim Quick Vac Pro, great for picking up any ground litter that occurs in my big tank between water changes, without me having to whip out a siphon and mess about with buckets.
I'm currently using it on very fine sand, which it's collecting a bit of, but that's only to be expected. I've used one in the past on gravel and it does a fantastic job.

“Some say it needs to be more powerful, but if using it on sand it would suck too much sand up. After the first few goes of trying it out I wasn't so sure, but now that I have got used to it and know its capabilities and limitations, I love it and am glad I own one. Happy with how powerful it is. Does a great job and I love to use it to vacuum out my two tanks each day.”
