“Customer service is really good, i have been using no more black beard ,i decided to use it for 3 weeks. there has been much improvement and decline of black beard algae. have noticed no new outbreaks in aquarium. what is left has turned almost white. So all in all very happy with product, and all my fish survived, excellent thanks”
