“My wife and I decided that we wanted to place a 60 inch TV above our pool but were concerned about the weather here in Texas. She found the TVShield website and the videos were very informative. Brook, with the online chat answered all of our questions and even emailed dimensions for us to consider. We were looking at the 60 inch Full Motion Ultimate Combo Kit but had concerns with the Universal Wall Mount as we were installing the TV on a post that was only 6 inches wide. Brook recommended the 60 inch Single Arm Wall Mount and customer service was able to exchange the mounts within the combo kit. The order got to my house on time. During installation, we ended up having to loosen the holes a little on the back of the TV Shield in order to get the wall mount posts, attached to the TV, through understanding that it needed to be a tight fit to prevent moisture. The internal fans, gel pack, amp and speakers look and sound great. Everyone asks us about it and we are extremely happy with the product and finished look of our outdoor TV.”
