Dear Gordon, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear that some of the oysters received were not up to our usual standards. As this product is supplied already packed, we are prohibited to open the box, due to Health and Safety regulations. However, we have passed your comment on to our dedicated team who will be looking into this with our supplier to ensure that this doesn't happen again. “After a bit of a hiccup with delivery, this was sent out and delivered in time fir mums 70th. Can’t fault wright brothers for doing everything possible to get it to us in time. Great customer service. The fish was amazing as it always is. Always so fresh and tasty. Thank you”
