“My oysters arrived looking great and the packaging was perfect. However I wrote to customer service asking whether I could place an order for more oysters on a continual weekly basis and was told that I could not. You want a review but are turning business away?!”

Dear Ant Sharp, Thank you for your feedback. Although we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your order, we sincerely apologise that we are unable to further accommodate to your request. While you are able to place an order manually on a weekly basis, we currently do not have an automated system to provide this service for individual products. However, we are currently going through an operational and technical change, and are looking to be able to provide this for all our products in the near future. We truly appreciate all the support received from our customers and are always looking at different ways to further accommodate our customers.
