“Food was delicious however delivery experience leaves a lot to be desired. Provide a two hour window and then arrive three hours after the end of that. It’s not ideal for such a premium product where storage is important.”

Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. Although we are glad to hear that you did enjoy your order, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused on the delay. As it was during a busy period, our drivers were facing a delay on some deliveries but rest assure that London deliveries are made with our own refrigerated controlled vans to ensure that the seafood are kept fresh. That being said, we will pass your feedback on to our team who will be looking into better communicating any future delays to customers. In the meantime, we will be following up personally on this.
