“I have to give two stars based on my experience of using the knife - the rounded part at the end of the knife which gains entry to an oyster snapped off after I was six oysters into shucking a dozen, leaving me with a very blunt flat instrument to use for the remaining six. I did manage to shuck the rest of them with relative ease still. Perhaps I was persisting to try and open a really stubborn oyster which I should have left alone, or it was my rudimentary shucking skills. Still, you expect an oyster knife to be a bit more durable by nature of it's job!”
