“All arrived in good health and they required very little cleaning. For me these are the right size, big enough to eat easily but not monsters - and have a good sweet/marine savour without being too briny. They arrive very conveniently in a sealed (but presumably not airtight as the mussels were alive) tub which can be stored in the fridge without further ado.”
