“Unfortunately this time round 3 oysters were not eatable and I had to through them away. The ones that were OK to eat were delicious !”

As mentioned, the oysters are supplied already packed and due to health and safety regulations we are prohibited from opening the boxes. “3 stars because I never actually tried these oysters. Reasons out of their control due to bad weather meant they swapped them for Carlingford and they were 5*, absolutely the best oysters I've eaten in a long while. Nice and firm and very flavoursome.”
