“These were big fat juicy oysters and as they defrosted they opened so I didn't need to have bought the shucking knife! Really tasty and fresh. So glad I bought 2 trays!”

“Half of them are dried out when we opened , meat are very skinny and I don’t think it’s fresh enough . If fresh , it should be full of juice and meaty . Very disappointed and wanted to complaint and return to you !”

As the oysters are supplied already packed in their boxes, due to health and safety regulations we are prohibited for opening them. “Ordered Jersey & Carlingford. Both excellent and plump. Carlingford edged it for me, he preferred jersey. Carlingford for my palate were meatier and on opening had more delicious nectar. With a spritz of lemon I was in heaven. Well packaged, flakier shells than Jersey but opening was easy (buy an oyster knife, it’s a game changer) & the taste & plump flesh a total stunner. And who doesn’t love a bit of plump flesh on a Friday eh?!”
