Hi Pauline, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that the oysters received were not up to our usual standards. As the oysters are supplied already packed in their boxes, due to health and safety regulations, we are prohibited to open them. However, we have passed your feedback on to our team who will be looking into this with our supplier to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the future.
