“Gernally very good but unfortunately not consistent. We bought 2 dozen and probably had 4 which were dry and looked a bit dodgey.”

Hi Henrik, We are very sorry to hear this and have been trying to get hold of you to check how you are and to gather some more information. There are a number of things that can cause symptoms associated with food poisoning, particularly at this time of year. It is possible to investigate in some depth and the sooner this happens the better. At the time of writing this, we have not had any other alleged cases of food poisoning reported to us out of 60 dozen Carlingford Oysters sent out in that batch.
