Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. At Wright Brothers, we pride ourselves on providing the best seafood and experiences. Therefore, it goes without saying we’re very disappointed to hear that oysters did not live up to expectations. Due to being fresh caught product, quality and spec may occasionally be compromised as a result of many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality. Furthermore, we are prohibited to open the boxes before sending them out, because of Health & Safety restrictions. However, we really appreciate all comments as it helps us to identify where we can improve. We’ll be sure to pass this on to our supplier. “We always ordered this oyster type as it tastes the best in our opinion. 2 issues we had for our last order are the delivery by DPD which damaged the box and some oysters plus not ringing the bell when delivered when we were waiting to receive it. Also, there does not seem to be a lot of liquid when we opened the oyster which is strange. The taste is still nice however we will be concerned with future orders if DPD is still used.”
