Dear David, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry you did not receive the Carlingford oysters. Due to a last-minute issue with the supply, we did not receive the oysters and had to replace them with the Jersey oysters. Although we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the rest of your order, we apologise that it was not up to your expectations.
