“Compared with Jersey and Carlingford oysters these were the largest, most fleshy. They are delicious either raw or cooked. My absolute favourite.”

“Love these oysters as very meaty... And always juicy & moist. This dozen had 4 smaller flatter shells with which had small oysters in them. So looked less inviting when dishing out to guests as starter. Taste amazing... See for yourself”
