Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have the best experience with your order. As our Catch of the Day box consist of the freshest caught fish on the market, our team rely on landings that are weather dependent. We can assure you that our team will always source the freshest fish in the market and the best variety they can directly source. However, the variety can sometimes be affected depending on the weather. We understand that this was not up to your expectations and have passed your feedback on to our team. In the meantime, we will be in touch to discuss this further. Kind regards, Michelle

Well, after the hiccups of Easter DPD deliveries and the confusion around that, we received our box on the morning of the planned delivery date. Fantastic! It was exciting to open a box without really knowing what it’s contents would be. We weren’t disappointed, 10 parcels (5x2 different varieties) of U.K. sourced fish! So, we got: flounder, sole, plaice, gurnard and whiting. All beautifully prepared and packaged (hope you are reserving and re-selling the trimmings, they would make fantastic fish stock). The selection was all great quality and has inspired us to prepare different recipes and accompaniments. However, this our fifth order from @wrightbrothersathome now, which have all been amazing, but we think going forward we will order specifically from their extensive menu. The reason being, we love shellfish, so oysters, crab, lobster, clams, mussels etc. We’ve had all of these, and they have all been amazing. We would highly recommend the company, products, service and delivery.

I couldn't possibly award less than 5 stars as it was my choice to choose the 'Mystery Box'. Ling is an acquired taste but everything else in the box is fresh, tasty and good quality, and comes well packaged for its journey. I like the idea of the Catch of the Day box and will definitely order it againl

Hi - this is Fitch or so box - the first one (start of lock down 1 ) was poor (a load of whole Cornish sole small plaice etc) the next few were great inc skate and larger more useful fish. This one seems to have gone back to bad days! Lemon sole tiny; plaice ok; sea trout and pollock ok but small end of sensible portion and several duplicates . Also recently I have been enjoying whole brill ..... however the last two have been at small end eg 500g. You can’t sensibly charge 24 for 500 grams of whole brill!!

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that it has not been up to our usual standards. As our Catch of the Day box consist of the freshest caught fish on the market, landings depend on weather conditions which result in an ever-changing box each week. However, we can assure you that our team will always source the best variety they can and the freshest fish on the market of great value to the customer. That being said, your feedback has been passed on to our team and we will be following up personally on this matter. Kind regards, Michelle
