“This was the first time we had tried monkfish tail and were a bit surprised that it looked quite small but boy how wrong we were. We wrapped and roasted it in Parma ham and it was gorgeous and more than enough for 2 will definitely be ordering again.”

“Thin strips but it did not detract from the product. Cooked up well as part of my seafood bbq. Recommended.”
