“I cooked this in the oven coated in a dry mix of cumin, black pepper, garlic and savoury salt.......poured in the pan was a liquor made with lime juice, olive oil, butter, garlic and capers. Topped it with lime slices dill and spring onions. Served with baby new pots, samphire and chantanay carrots. The fish was the star....melting off the bone and oozing flavour. Superior restaurant quality ...what more can I say....fabulous!!”
