“Very firm and fresh Turbot, the King of Fish, which we roasted on the bone with finely sliced potatoes, fennel and padron peppers. Delicious and at a very reasonable price when compared with restaurant served Turbot.”

“Lovely fish, but as with previous orders consistently on the small size — described as one to one and a half kilos, and showed up as 950g. I don’t think I’ve had one yet that has done any better than chining the bar at the lower end of the weight range.”
