“Good falvour however the weight was just on theedge of 600g, so not worth paying the extra money to upgrade the size.”

Hi Helen, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the lobster but apologise for the confusion caused on the size. Our lobsters are caught live between 600-800g and then immediately cooked. However, once cooked they lose an average weight of 10-15% leaving them at a net weight between 550g-750g as mentioned on the product's page. We apologise for any confusion caused, our team do their very best to source live lobsters at the higher end of their scale but at times this can be affected due to poor weather. “OMG! The best lobster we tried since lockdown! We're both lobster lovers but wasn't sure about this delivery idea. I wish we find out sooner! Very juicy and full of meat. It was worth every penny. We're definitely going to try again!”

Hi Anne-Marie, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that the lobsters were not up to your expectations. We can assure you that our team always do their best to source the lobsters at the higher end of their scale. However, as a fresh caught product this can sometimes be affected by weather conditions and availability, but our team will always ensure that they are live caught between 600-800g. Once cooked, the lobsters naturally lose an average of 10-15% of weight. That being said, we have passed your feedback over to our team and we will be in touch personally to discuss this further.
