“Sweet and meaty! Bit of unsalted butter, salt and pepper, slide it into the oven for a few minutes, sprinkle coriander and lemon juice and boom - you have yourself a restaurant quality dish. Or live your best life and oven grill it with parmesan and prosseco. No matter what we’ve done, these scallops have always tasted fresh, sweet and meaty!”
