“They still needed a good clean but were lovely and fresh. Cooked in Olive oil and garlic then added some lemon juice 'off the heat'. Excellent.”

“Fresh and delicious. Arrived well cleaned and ready to cook. Made a thyme and garlic butter and added a splash of white wine, then grilled them in the oven. Magnificent!”
