Dear Colin, I just wanted to personally reach out with regards to the experience on your recent order. We are truly sorry to hear that the scallops were smaller than expected. Unfortunately, as a fresh caught, size, weight and quality may vary depending on what is best and available in the market and occasionally be compromised because of many different factors such as weather conditions and seasonality. At Wright Brothers, we pride ourselves on providing the best seafood and experiences. Therefore, it goes without saying we’re very disappointed to realise that this product did not live up to expectations.
