“Brilliant sashimi-grade salmon - we portioned it up and have frozen some that we are using as we need it for sashimi - delicious and highly recommended!”

“This is outstanding value - we checked with Wright Brothers and it's Sashimi-grade - so we used some when it arrived for that - it was fantastic - and then I portioned the rest up and froze it - it was cheaper than buying it in the supermarket and the quality was so much better”
