“This salmon is fantastic!! VAR is raised in the ocean in pens, which give it the benefit of the tides and sea water. It reminds me of the salmon I used to catch up in Alaska. Catch it, clean it, cook it ... the only way to have a lovely salmon. Thank you Wright Bros. Ltd. for this fantastic fish!!”
