“A huge fillet, we've cut it into 3 and so far only eaten too pieces. Large flakes of beautiful wild salmon restored our bored eating habits. Wonderful with a green salad, crisp rosti and pink grapefruit marmalade marinade.”

“Really delighted with this ENORMOUS side of salmon, served 3 ways: baked in lemon and herbs for a really delicious and easy show stopping supper for 4; a large chunk cured for gravadlax; and a generous couple of portions left over to pop in the freezer for fish pie. Terrific value for money - this will definitely become a regular order.”

“Flavour and quality of salmon is slightly above average. I ordered from Wright Bros for something special and I feel a little let down.”
