“This was the first time that I had tried yellowfin Tuna Loin and it was delicious! We marinated it for 30 mins in a mixture of light olive oil, garlic, lime juice, sugar and chopped fresh chilli. Put it onto a hot barbecue for 2 mins each side and it was delicious. The tuna had absorbed all the flavours which was wonderful and was pink in the middle. We finished it off with a sprinkling of finely chopped fresh coriander. Served with baby new potatoes and British Asparagus! Tender and juicy!”
