“This didn’t seem quite as fresh as it should have been - we were planning on eating it as raw but the texture wasn’t quite right so we ended up cooking it rare instead.”

Hi Nick, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the tuna was not up to your expectations. For the tuna to be consumed raw, it needs to be certified as sashimi grade as they go through a further process. Unfortunately, our tuna is not sashimi graded and we do not advise for them to be consumed raw.
