“The Turbot was massive and thick. It serves 3-4 as part of a main course. Fish was delicate and very tasty. Great value. The oysters were good, it took longer to make the Rockefeller sauce than to cook and eat. Scallops were good but a few had a Sandy/gritty taste”

“Absolutely loved it. A bit daunting at first as there were no instructions in the box and I’d never shucked an oyster before. A call to the help line pointed us to the website which contained some good recipe ideas and a good shucking tutorial. Suggest you put a leaflet in the box pointing customers to the website as you don’t necessarily pick up on all the content when you place your order and I had initially been expecting directions in the box (we’d tried Simon Rogan and Dishoon at home before this). Having said that, using the website gives you more flexibility, but making people aware of the need to plan ahead when ordering would allow you to purchase additional ingredients and accompaniments in advance of the delivery.”
