“Unfortunately the beautiful lobsters you sent arrived very late in the evening and in a lukewarm state which necessitated their destruction. This was extremely disappointing but we do not hold it against Wright Bros who made us a prompt refund. Good wishes to you. Robert Corbett.”

“This wasn't a medium crab (compared to prior orders). It was very small and full of row. Only meat was in claws”

“There was a really bad smell at lobster, we couldn’t eat it and it went directly to dustbin! What a big disappointment! It should have been the masterpiece of the tableices were fully melted when the parcel arrived, maybe because of this reason it was smelled like rotten”

Hi Bilgi, Thanks for your reviews, I am pleased that most of the items you received were enjoyed but very sorry to hear this about your lobster. Our lobsters are cooked fresh each day (the day before you receive them) so we are unsure why this one didn't smell right. Some Lobsters contain 'Tomalley' which is a green substance that acts as both liver and pancreas and can have a strong aroma. It is quite normal and is sometimes eaten as a delicacy. It may be that your lobster contained this, which can be a little off putting if you are not expecting it! If you are ever in doubt or have any questions please get in touch with customer services. Hi Robert, Thanks for the review of this product. Lobsters are wild-caught creatures so can vary a little from one to another. We don't alter the cooking/handling technique but environmental factors, age and breeding cycle can all affect the quality of the meat in a lobster. However, it is not possible to determine this until you sit down to eat it. Most taste great so hopefully, you will not be disappointed next time! Best wishes, Team Wright Brothers
