Hi Andrew, Thanks for taking the time to review this product. I'm glad you found the quality good, but sorry to hear you were disappointed with the size of your lobsters. The grade size for this product is 400g-600g and although many are somewhere between the two, some will inevitably be closer to the higher or lower end of the scale. It sounds like the item you received was at the lower end (they lose a little weight during cooking). One of our customer service team will be in touch soon to help resolve this.
