Hi Rebecca, Thanks for taking the time to review this product. Have you tried these on the BBQ? They cook pretty quickly and the oils that come out will create a lot of smoke and fire so require your undivided attention, but the result will be superbly crispy, smokey and full of flavour! These fish work wonderfully on the BBQ, they cook pretty quickly and the oils that come out will create a lot of smoke and fire so require your undivided attention, but the result will be superbly crispy, smokey and full of flavour! “Good amount of sardines but these weren’t gutted so there was a bit more work to do to get them prepped and they were quite big, and the better quality ones are slightly smaller, but overall they were good l”

Hi Mariana, Thanks for trying and reviewing this product. You are right, there is a bit of prep work with these sardines as are not gutted, but they tend to freeze better whole as are quite soft fleshed. The prize at the end is worth it though! Best wishes, The Wright Brothers
