“This deserves a 10. On opening... smell - clean , flesh firm to touch. Great tasting fish, firm texture, big bones so easy to remove the meat from.”

“Cooked within use by date but don’t think it would have lasted any longer. Good texture.”

“Fish too small, only 685g. 500g-1kg far too big a range and too much of a lottery. Fortunately I had some mussels to make a complete meal and solve the problem, but I probably wouldn’t order again. A shame as the fish was very fresh and tasty.”
