“OMG we thought it was a bit of a hype but these prawns are amazing and have spoilt us for any others. Have been given my orders to get some more for Valentine’s Day.”

“Tasty but too much head and not enough tail. Very good if you want to make a broth, for a risotto, paella or soup.”

The size of their heads are known to be larger than normal prawns and are considered as a delicacy - it's where all their juicy flavours are stored!
