“Portioned cod, arrived packaged so that it could go into the freezer if wanted, but i used it for the cod and clams in cider cream sauce - I followed the Wrights Bros recipe, it was easy and in 30 minutes I had made a 5* star meal - my husband said! The cod was plump and flakey, the sauce was to die for.”
