Hi Maddalena, Thanks for you review of this product and I'm glad you found the quality to be excellent. All of our products have a use-by or best before date on them. On the fresh fish products this can be found on the Wright Brothers Label next to the 'packed on' date. Best wishes, Wright Brothers Team
