“Amazing shellfish platter with more generous portions than restaurant version. Was fun & needed some prep and sharp tools. NB has recipe for sauces but doesn’t come with ingredients for them.”

“The quality of the products is very good (especially oysters and prawns) however I wouldn't call it a "platter" as it's a bundles of items coming in plastic boxes. It would be nice to add the mignonette sauce in a small recipient as well as a special mayonnaise maybe rather then giving instructions on how to do it.”

Hi Anne, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your Fruit de Mer box. However, we apologise that it did not meet your full expectations. To keep the quality and freshness of the items throughout delivery, they have had to be kept in their individual packaging. We do have a dill and mustard sauce on our website that goes well with some of the shellfish in this box but do understand that the experience would have been made better if they were included in the box itself. We have passed your feedback on to our product team who will look into this in more detail. Hopefully, in the near future, we will be able to provide the sauces for our customers.
