“I have purchased from several suppliers gf smoked salmon and ,in my opinion, Wright bros are by far the best. By leaving the skin on one side, their salmon retains more of the beneficial fish oils, although the amount available for consumption may be slightly less. I have recommended them to several friends and family.”
