“Beautifully cleaned and scaled. Had 2 sea bass between 6 people, all had plenty to eat with one side left for cold lunch next day. Extremely tasty.”

“This whole Sea Bass was absolutely beautiful. Plentiful for 3 people. Followed the Spring Onion and Ginger sauce recipe from this web site.. Everyone agreed it was stunning.”
