“Lobster was tough and had not been cleaned out but instructions said we just needed to cut in half and eat. My wife is a chef however other people may not be aware. Prawns very rubbery”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the confusion on the lobsters, we do mention on the product page that they are whole lobsters with instructions on how to halve it. We will look into making this clearer for our customers. We are very sorry that you didn't have the best experience with the prawns and that they were not up to our usual standards.
