“I ordered the fruits de mer platter to serve at a buffet. The platter is really generous. Everything was fresh and delicious. Instructions for preparation were super easy to follow. I cannot wait to be back in the restaurant where I won't have to clean up. But this is a great option in the meantime.”

“Hi there, I booked and received on Friday 4 June a shellfish platter that I paid 85£ with: - a lobster, - a crab, - 1 kg of prawns, - 1 kg of mussels - and a few oysters. And I must say that we have been deeply disappointed by the quality and freshness of the products. First of all, the mussels were smelling extremely bad when we opened the blister and it was confirmed by the colour of the water and by the fact that over than half of them were already dead before we cook them (were opened and did not react when pushed) - see attached pictures of the already opened dead mussels. The oysters were not that fresh neither and some of them were almost dead (did not react to the contact if the knife) when we opened them. Then, the prawns were either too salty or not enough and there were frozen, which we would have not expected for a platter of this cost. In addition, we thought we would have got a whole crab with the claws but it was only the body. Regarding oysters and mussels, it might have been an issue with the conservation/storage of the products given their smell and aspect, so I wanted to point it out as when you pay this amount of money you expect the products to be of excellent quality and freshness. We are even more disappointed that your restaurant was recommended to us by friends of ours who said the quality was great and that they really wanted to come back. I hope you will be able to do something for us so we do not keep this bad memory of your shellfish products. Dear Isabelle, Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that the quality of the products received were not up to our usual standards and sincerely apologise for this. We have passed your concerns over to our team. The cooked crevettes are one of our frozen products and delivered as they are to maintain their freshness. We are sorry for the confusion of the crab, as dressed crab, this is mainly it's body's shell that consist of a mixture of handpicked brown and white crabmeat. With regards to the oysters and mussels, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our team will be re-evaluating their delivery packaging. “A special birthday gift for a friend. Looked good in pictures I was sent, appeared to be generous amount of seafood. I believe it tasted as good as it looked + that instructions for use included.”
