“Loved the next day delivery and the contents of the box. Like everyone else I was disappointed there was no guidance on how to assemble the sushi. I also felt that for the amount of fish there should have been more nori included”

“As a first time sushi maker I was most disappointed the kit did not include any helpful instructions Managed after googling and YouTube to produce some very nice sushi The tuna and salmon included were of a high quality”

“This kit had high quality ingredients in and I would recommend it! The kit has everything you need and have leftover seasonings to make this again. We used all of our sushi rice and fish. We also purchased other items to supplement it such as avocado, chives, spring onion, cream cheese, crab sticks, radish, crispy fried onions, cucumber and extra nori. We made nigiri, sashimi, maki, uramaki, california rolls, spicy tuna rolls and tobiko. It is enough to serve 4-6 people and is good fun! The only thing that could improve it is if there were step-by-step instructions on how to make the sushi - such as how to season the sushi rice. Even links to some YouTube videos :) I would recommend building some time in to watch some tutorials on the way to season the rice and to roll the sushi rolls if this is your first time. High quality kit and I would recommend to anyone wanting to give it a go! Compared to other kits I've seen online this has great quality ingredients in and delivery by the Wright Bros was excellent.”
