“Just delicious! This Salmon en Croute with the tarragon sauce was easy to cook, visually pretty and so very tasty. We will definitely order again - really special. Excellent service from Wright Bros at home.”

“I would definitely order this again. The salmon survived the delivery process and a couple of days in the fridge and was absolutely delicious, crisp yet moist, and the sauce was also fantastic”

“Really enjoyed this dish, the flavours were wonderful and the quality of the salmon was high. the added tarragon sauce was a great compliment. I did suffer from a 'soggy bottom' pastry. So recommend you heat the oven tray first.”
