“My friend and I decided to try this because we love seafood. I had never tried linguistines before and she had never tried oysters. Oh my goodness! What a treat! It was fantastically fresh and tasty. We made the hogwash recipe which came with the platter and cooked the oysters using a famous chefs recipe using browned butter. We are already planning our next session! We want to try the scallops and the lobster next, with twice as many oysters because we loved them SO much. Thank you for your delicious seafood!”
