Hi Robin, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality seafood and our platter boxes usually blow people away. All our lobsters are weighed before cooking and there is guidance regarding the weight grades in the description. You may have received a lobster towards the lower end of the range but it should have been within the grade.
