“A beautiful platter, highlights for us this time were the oysters and the crevettes. If you’re a seafood lover we can’t recommend this highly though. Go on - you know you want to!”

“This is my second time ordering the deluxe seafood platter box. The first time was great but this time it didn't live to the standard. It first ran out of fresh lobster so we were given a frozen one then my friend told me that the oysters were dead and no water inside. Unfortunately this was meant to be a birthday treat for my friend but it didn't deliver the standard we expected so felt a bit let down.”

Hi Jenny, Thanks for taking the time to review your Delux Seafood Platter. I'm sorry to hear you did not experience the same excellent quality as your first order. This is very disappointing to hear as we pride ourselves on delivering consistently great seafood with every order. Very occasionally we have to substitute fresh lobsters for frozen if there are none available at the market on the day your order is packed, but we do try to contact customers in advance and offer the choice of a discount or option to remove and refund the item. If you ever experience any other quality issues please get in touch straight away as we will always endeavor to make things 'Wright' again! “The clams were very good, the mussels excellent, the fresh lobster was unfortunately substituted by a frozen lobster and a £5 discount. 10 of the dozen oysters were great but 2 were dry and looked too bad to eat.”
